Q: When do you need the final guest count for my event?


Final guest count is due five days before the day of your event. 

Q: What if my guest count at the event is different than anticipated? 

We always try to bring enough food for a couple extra people, but if there are significantly more people than expected, we may not be able to provide enough food for everybody. 

Q: Do I need a deposit to secure my events' date?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated costs is due upon confirming your event. Your event will be considered tentative until your deposit is received. 

Q: When is my final balance due?


The final balance is due at the end of the event.

You can either give us a call at (619) 319-8108, send us an email or fill out a proposal request and we will send you a proposal within 24 hours.

Q: Is there an additional charge for plates, napkins and eating utensils?


No, disposable dinnerware (Plates, Forks and Napkins) is provided at no extra charge.

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER as well as Personal / Corporate Checks and Cash.
