Q: When do you need the final guest count for my event?

Final guest count is due five days before the day of your event. 

Q: What if my guest count at the event is different than anticipated? 

We always try to bring enough food for a couple extra people, but if there are significantly more people than expected, we may not be able to provide enough food for everybody. 

Q: Do I need a deposit to secure my events' date?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated costs is due upon confirming your event. Your event will be considered tentative until your deposit is received. 

Q: When is my final balance due?

The final balance is due at the end of the event.

Q: What size groups do you cater to?

We are able to cater groups from 30 to 2,000 guests. 

Q: What are your different service options?

Our main service options are Cook on Site, Full Service and Drop off. 

Q: How can I get some references from previous clients?

References are available upon request, we've made available some of them in our reviews page.

Q: Is there an additional charge for plates, napkins and eating utensils?

No, disposable dinnerware (Plates, Forks and Napkins) is provided at no extra charge.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER as well as Personal / Corporate Checks and Cash.
